Excellent service and good quality, that’s my second time I visit this branch and in the two times I came here it’s just as perfect as expected to be. And both times we had an outstanding experience of service from Paramita the shop floor assistant, so helpful and friendly. And the best thing is that the chicken is halal which isn’t something we come across very often. Overall it’s the best place we eat fried chicken from to the point that we drive here all the way from Hull City. If there is one comment I have it would be “Please open a branch in Hull soon!!!”. Thank you for the excellent experience.

Went to popeyes for a last minute cheap meal and was surprised to find a clean fresh fast food environment. We had table service provided by Parmita who provided excellent service. Got spicy wrap meal it was very tasty indeed and fresh and reasonable in terms of value for money would definitely recommend.

Very nice, nice staff Levi Ah, Popeyes—a place so welcoming, so utterly delightful, that time itself simply slips away. The fault is, of course, entirely mine. Who could possibly be expected to keep track of a trivial thing like parking limits when enveloped in such warm hospitality? Full marks to the management for their excellent staff training—checking in on customers, ensuring we’re enjoying our meals, and even inviting us to leave a glowing Google review in exchange for a free ice cream. A truly wonderful touch. Oddly enough, though, this dedication to customer experience didn’t quite extend to mentioning the rather crucial 90-minute parking restriction. A minor oversight, I’m sure. So, after a thoroughly enjoyable meal, happily clutching my free ice cream, I made my way back to the car—only to finally notice the rather prominent (though, curiously, previously invisible) parking sign. And in that moment, everything fell into place. Popeyes doesn’t just serve fried chicken; they also provide a valuable educational service: a timely reminder that there’s no such thing as a free lunch—just an unexpectedly costly parking lesson. And so, I now find myself waiting in quiet anticipation for the inevitable arrival of my penalty notice—a lasting souvenir of my visit. Perhaps, as a final flourish to their impeccable customer service, Popeyes might consider expanding their well-rehearsed script to include a small but crucial detail: “Please do leave us a review, enjoy your free ice cream, and, oh yes, do make sure this meal doesn’t end up being the most expensive one of your week.” Just a thought. But of course, I’m sure the management has already thought of that… haven’t they?

Had a great experience at Popeyes, my first experience as such. The food was fresh, flavourful and exactly what you’d expect. The highlight, however, was the excellent service from Susmita, friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and great customer care. First time here. We ordered a boneless meal, a buffalo ranch box, chicken sandwich and Mac and cheese. All very tasty. Will definitely come back again. Plenty of seating. Paramita was very friendly and welcoming

Our first time at Popeyes. My mini me and I shared the classic superstack box meal. It did not disappoint. The crunch is real and the chicken was juicy and tender. My burger was delicious. A little greasy but super delicious. Have to have the ranch sauce and the mango habanero sauce. The fries were tasty too. The restaurant itself was clean and lots of seating area. Ample parking outside.

Visited popeyes for 1st time today. Received food in under 5 minutes, was piping hot and very filling. Service was extremely friendly and helpful, Great value for money and would definitely return
